Shipping policy
Please note we have different shipping policies for different products
Standard UK Delivery (Baby6M-24M Collection)
- Items are shipped using Royal Mail
- Standard shipping time is 2-3 working days for the UK
- If you require faster shipping please choose Next Day delivery at the checkout
- Please note that once an item is posted we have no control over postage times and deliveries can be delayed (see note on delayed deliveries below)
- If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the courier/postman/postwoman should leave a note for you to rearrange delivery or collection
- You will receive a notification by email when your item has been dispatched. This email will contain tracking details if they are available
UK and Worldwide Delivery ( All Other Collections)
1. Order processing time: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. It takes 1-2days
2. Shipping time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has shipped. It takes 10-14days
During busy periods some items may take up to 1-3 weeks to ship. If your item hasn't arrived please get in touch with us. Please note that orders can take up to a week to process due to security reasons but most go through in a day or two.
Please note: Our items are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two or more warehouses, it will be two or more different shipments.
